What are your hours?

Our regular season hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sundays.

Are you associated with Limerick Gift & Garden?

Yes. We formerly operated under that name and decided to change it as we headed in new directions, but our ownership and staff remain the same.

What if my new plant dies?

We do everything we can to ensure we provide the utmost care for all the plants here and we’ll send you home with tips and tricks to keep your new plants looking fresh and happy. If something seems to be going wrong, let us know as soon as you notice an issue. We recommend contacting us by email and sending photos of the issue with a thorough explanation. We might ask some clarifying questions to sleuth out what might be going wrong so we can give you the necessary steps to follow to improve your plants’ health and appearance. If that isn’t possible, we offer a one-year warranty for nursery stock (shrubs and trees)— replacements are 50% off plants of equal or lesser value (terms and conditions apply).

What if I want a plant that you don’t have?

Let us know and we will do our best to special order it for you.

Do you treat your plants with chemicals?

We work hard to keep our plants healthy without the use of pesticides or other chemical treatments, but sometimes it is necessary as a last resort. When that happens, we quarantine the plant so that no other plants or beneficial insects are harmed.

Do you offer landscaping or garden design services?

We no longer offer either service, as our business has evolved, but we can recommend quality landscape professionals based on the size of the job you need done. Additionally, our staff loves to help you make the best plant selections based on your specific needs and preferences.

What are Greenridge Greens and how do I use them?

Greenridge Greens can be accrued and spent during particular times of year, noted on the Greens slip itself. Customers earn one Green for every $10 spent during a specified earning period. Those can then be redeemed in-store for up to 50% off your purchase during the specified redemption time frame, based on the dollar amount of the Greens you have accrued.
